This role is essential in delivering exceptional beverage service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and enhancing the overall guest experience.This role will pay an hourly rate of $2.13 and is tip eligibleBenefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.This position will remain open until April 17th, 2026.ResponsibilitiesBeverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining high presentation standards.Guest Experience: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent service and fostering a lively atmosphere.Sales & Upselling: Recommend premium drink selections and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales.Cash Handling & POS System: Process transactions efficiently using the venue's point-of-sale system while following cash-handling procedures.Bar Setup & Maintenance: Stock, clean, and maintain the bar area before, during, and after shifts to ensure a smooth operation.Responsible Alcohol Service: Follow all responsible beverage service laws and venue policies, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption.Team Collaboration: Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to maintain seamless service throughout events.Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.QualificationsExperience: Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or event venue preferred.Skills: Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Exceptional multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.Attributes: Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience.Certifications: Must meet state and local alcohol service requirements (e.g., TIPS or similar responsible beverage service certification).Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with The Dome's event schedule.
