Our technology supports applications across energy, transportation, and advanced industrial markets.As we continue to scale, we are focused on strengthening our infrastructure, improving operational execution, and building a leadership team that can support long-term growth.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, operationally driven CFO who also functions as an Integrator-someone who can connect strategy to execution, ensure accountability, and drive results across the organization.This individual will partner closely with the Leadership team to align priorities, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure the business runs effectively. The role requires a balance of financial leadership, operational oversight, and strong cross-functional coordination.The ideal candidate thrives in a small, scaling environment, is highly accountable, and is comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial LeadershipLead all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementDevelop financial strategies aligned with company growth, manufacturing scale, and capital needsBuild scalable financial systems, controls, and reporting processesProvide clear, actionable financial insights to support business decisionsManage banking relationships, capital planning, and financing activities Operational Leadership Partner with the CEO to translate vision into execution and ensure alignment across the organizationDrive traction by ensuring priorities, goals, and initiatives are executed on timeEstablish and monitor KPIs across departments, including manufacturing, operations, and financial performanceLead cross-functional coordination, ensuring teams are aligned and working effectively togetherIdentify and resolve issues quickly, removing obstacles to executionDrive accountability across the leadership team and ensure follow-throughImprove operational processes and build infrastructure to support scalability Strategic Partnership Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and long-term business decisionsTranslate financial and operational data into clear business insights and actionsSupport investor readiness, board reporting, and strategic partnerships as applicable Team & Infrastructure Build and lead the finance function as the company growsOversee external partners (e.g., CPA firms, IT, purchasing)Implement systems, tools, and processes that support a scaling manufacturing organization Education and Experience Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a small to mid-sized, scaling companyBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fieldStrong experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments (preferred)Demonstrated ability to operate across both finance and operations (COO or Integrator experience strongly preferred)Experience building structure, processes, and systems in a growing organizationHands-on experience with financial systems, cost accounting, and operational metrics Skills & Mindset Ability to drive execution and ensure accountabilityExcellent at connecting people, processes, and prioritiesComfortable managing day-to-day business operationsStrong business and operational acumenAbility to work in ambiguity and build structure from the ground upCollaborative, practical, and solutions-orientedHigh ownership and follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience in energy, alternative fuels, aerospace, or advanced manufacturingExperience in capital-intensive or hardware-based businessesFamiliarity with EOS or similar operating systemsExperience with fundraising, investor relations, or M&AERP implementation or system optimization experience
