Housekeeper
Location: Trillium Place Compensation: $18.50 to $20.65 / hourlyCurrent Opening:Full-time (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) - Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonusIncludes rotating weekends and holidaysThe Housekeeping Aide performs various housekeeping duties to ensure TANDEM LIVING maintains a high level of cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. This position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.A valid PA driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience is required.Previous Housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred but not required.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Thoroughly cleans resident's rooms/apartments/villas as assigned and/or prior to a new admission/move-in.Thoroughly cleans and refills supplies in all public areas and public restrooms.Cleans insides/outsides of windows/doors.Uses step stool/ladder to change out all types of curtains and to clean light fixtures as needed.Uses small carpet spotter on carpet spots/upholstery as needed.Follows regular cleaning rotation checklists and schedules. Completes required paperwork.Works with minimal supervision.
