CNC Machinists and Programmers (1st and 2nd shift)

We're growing and looking for 1st and 2nd shift CNC Machine Operators and Programmers from entry level to highly experienced to join our shop floor crew. What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)Set up, create, edit, check programs and operate automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations to meet precise tolerance and finish requirementsRead drawings and specs to make sure parts are made rightChange tools, adjust offsets, and make small program tweaks when neededCheck your work using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesKeep your machine and work area clean and safe What We're Looking ForExperience running CNC machines (or solid hands-on shop experience)Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality
