Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations by assisting with the receiving, loading, and unloading of trucks, ensuring materials are accurately organized in designated bin locations, and documenting all incoming and outgoing inventory. The role includes performing routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, issuing materials to production teams, and supporting purchasing activities by contacting vendors for quotes and helping identify new supplier options. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while completing additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
· Assist with receiving trucks
· Load & unload trucks
· Organize material in proper bin locations
· Document outgoing and incoming material
· Perform cycle counts on inventory
· Assist in calling vendors for quotes
· Assist in identifying new vendors
· Issue material to production
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry, minimum 3 years
Computer Savvy
Experienced forklift driver/heavy equipment operator
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Problem solving
Ability to utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Requirements
· Experience in inventory cycle counts
· SAP experience
· Bill of Material kitting (reading a BOM and prepping material to send to production)

Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, salary, exempt position that operates form concrete plant environment.
Routinely works in the concrete plant, around hazardous materials and heavy equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a physically demanding role requiring the ability to move around the plan, reach outward, use a variety of tools and machinery, have use of fingers to operate various tools, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 75 pounds.
Must be able to work some Saturdays and at night, when needed

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
