High-End Landscape & Outdoor Lighting Projects Company headquarters in Madisonville. Lia’s Landscaping is hiring one elite Lead Installer to run complex, high-end residential and commercial projects. This is not a crew-leader-in-training role. This is a command position. If you’ve run big jobs, led grown men, solved problems under pressure, and take pride in finishing projects right the first time, keep reading. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Running landscape, hardscape, and outdoor lighting projects from start to finish Reading plans, spotting problems early, and adjusting in real time Leading and holding a crew accountable for pace, quality, and safety Managing labor hours to protect profit Communicating clearly with ownership and clients Leaving job sites clean, tight, and punch-list free You will be trusted to operate independently. If ownership has to step in, something went wrong. THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF We can't trust that you'll get the job done correctly without being babysat You blame tools, weather, or other people You’ve never run a complex project end-to-end You struggle to correct or lead other adults You’re looking for “just another landscaping job” WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years hands-on installation experience (hardscape, lighting, complex landscape work) Proven experience leading crews on large or high-detail jobs Strong problem-solver who sees issues before they become expensive Calm, decisive, and respected on the jobsite Takes ownership of outcomes—no excuses If you’ve been the person everyone looks to when things get tough, you’re our type.
