This role would manage a variety ofprojects in size and scope. Project manager will take large company-wide, highly visibleprograms from vision to completion. We are looking for an experienced individual who canadapt to our Project planning and delivery process, as well as contribute to strategy, roadmapdiscussions, project execution and delivery of our engagements.The Project Manager will have the experience and skills necessary to continuously improve theway we develop and deliver initiatives with a solid analytical mindset and interest in taking partin our PMO organization and enhancing processes to improve data integrity and accuracy.Desirable skills include cross-team collaboration, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, changemanagement and schedule management. Responsible for delivering the work committed inscope, on time and within budget.The role needs to be performed in fast-paced environments, be a self-starter and work withminimal guidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentationskills, Project Management tool usage. Expert level experience with Office 365 applications,Zoom, Smartsheet, Anaplan and Tableau.Roles And Responsibilities Lead and facilitate regular Project team meetings, team coordination, action itemtracking, record minutes, follow through, and communicate Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project deliverables Plan, coordinate and manage large projects of Information Security Initiatives whileanticipating, minimizing and mitigating risks Build out integrated dashboards based on data sets from different sources likeSmartsheet, Anaplan, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project Able to produce crisp, integrated reports and dashboards for executive staff usinginternal tools to provide meaningful insights Manage & influence large cross-functional team(s) globally Help with the deployment of IT Project Management Tools ecosystem, while driving PMmaturity & disciplineQualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Business AdministrationTop Skills 8– 10 years of IT Project Management/PMO experience in a waterfall/Agile environment Experience driving Project Planning sessions; Have used various frameworks toprioritize work based on ROI/Business Value Clearly articulate the Business Value for the work/projects committed to the leadershipteam Possess solid communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced technical environment with experience using Agile/Scrum process and bestpractices to ensure the successful planning and delivery of projects in IT Proven experience in managing projects and releases in a large-scale globalenvironment Solid analytical mindset. Ability to define and build dashboards for executiveconsumption, while bringing in data from different systems Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities to drive projects to completion Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, clearly expressingideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectively handle sensitive issues Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-pacedenvironment. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.Base Salary Range Region 1:$165,400 - $238,000Base Salary Range Region 2: $140,600 - $202,300Shift: DayWorkplace Type: Onsite - This job is fully onsite.
