We are building a future where compassionate care, innovation, and equity intersect — and we are seeking passionate professionals to join us in that mission.Position OverviewThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide clinical leadership and oversight within our ABA clinic setting. The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services.This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to family-centered and culturally responsive care. The BCBA will work closely with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful behavioral and developmental progress for each child served.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and clinical data.Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff to ensure quality service delivery and treatment fidelity.Provide direct ABA therapy services and parent/caregiver training as clinically appropriate.Analyze behavioral data regularly and make treatment modifications based on client progress.Develop behavior intervention strategies that reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase functional communication, adaptive skills, and independence.Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment notes, progress reports, and insurance authorization requirements in compliance with organizational, state, and payer standards.Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Support clinic growth initiatives, staff development, and continuous quality improvement efforts.Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical trainings.QualificationsCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 1–2 years of experience providing ABA therapy services preferred.Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA treatment plans in clinic, home, school, or community settings.Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and evidence-based behavioral interventions.Experience conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and managing insurance authorizations preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to culturally responsive and compassionate care.What We OfferCompetitive compensationFlexible scheduling opportunitiesProfessional growth and leadership opportunitiesCollaborative and mission-driven work environmentOngoing training and clinical supportOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in underserved communitiesWork SettingClinic-based ABA servicesOpportunities for hybrid/community-based support as neededFull-time and part-time opportunities available
