Your roleAn opportunity to work with Chicago Pneumatic Tools Division having the focus on efficient business processes and result driven customer support functions.Short DescriptionYour day-to-day Data Analysis & Decision SupportAnalyze Power BI dashboards to identify insights, trends, and business risks.Provide data-driven recommendations to management, channel partners, and sales teams.Support strategic decision-making through KPI monitoring and forecasting.Drive continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency and usability of Power BI for stakeholders. Compliance Management as per Chicago Pneumatic Value Pack.Ensure channel partners comply with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.Monitor compliance, audits, receivables, credit control, and bank guarantee processes.Identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and maintain updated compliance dashboards in Power BI.Prepare channel partner evaluation reports and manage incentive eligibility under the Channel Partner Value Pack. Channel Partner CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for channel partners on compliance and Power BI data insights.Communicate policies, updates, and process changes effectively while addressing queries and escalations.Build strong collaboration between sales teams and channel partners to drive business objectives. Order process management using various software portals.Ensure timely order booking through Salesforce, SAP, and related platforms.Drive effective communication within agreed TATs for smooth order execution and coordination.Lead and monitor CSOs to ensure timely support across the sales operations value chain.Software portals: Sales Force, Smart Portal, SAP for INR and Euro order booking.Your Skills And ExperienceWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
