Process TechnicianUp-North Plastics, Inc. is currently seeking a Process Technician to join our team in Cottage Grove, MN on our night shift. Up North Plastics produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction films, and agricultural film.***STARTING PAY - $21.00 - $22.50***QualificationsA successful candidate must have:Ability to change priorities quicklyStrong computer skillsStrong mechanical aptitudeStrong communication skillsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Record downtimeCorrectly complete paperworkMonitor scrap ratesBuild relationships with productionNotify management of problems.Help train Machine OperatorsWork with maintenance to ensure equipment is set correctlyLiaison between production and maintenance.Train on Day Shift before moving to Night ShiftUp North Plastics offers competitive wages plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, ESST, 401(K) and more!
