Ensures all Briggs Equipment standards are adhered to and executed consistent with company direction.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESGather, analyze and document business requirements and workflow processes that align with and promote continuous improvementCollaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to identify user requirements and improvements needed to accomplish program goals and objectivesDesign usable solutions for end-user adoption and productivity improvementParticipate in the development, user acceptance testing, configuration, QA and implementation of the overall solutionCreate appropriate documentation for referencing best practices and knowledge transferConduct end-user training on processes, procedures and business systemsProvide progress reporting and prepare presentations for communicationReport on metrics to ensure accountability in tracking and monitoring of program initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve end-user business system problems; research and retrieve information needed to solve end-user needsMaintain effective communications with managers and team membersPerforms other related duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSExcellent customer service, communication and multi-tasking skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical skillsDeadline and detail orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Previous Experience/EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required1+ years' prior project management experience and coordinating multiple stakeholders1+ years' experience working on technical or systems related projectsPrior experience utilizing data to drive business decisions and measure resultsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSStanding, walking, lifting, twisting and bending on a frequent basisJ-18808-Ljbffr
