This role is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSR plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by delivering high-quality service and upholding the company’s standards and values. This position is in the office, Monday through Friday.Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Support our biggest customers with order processing and problem resolutionReview daily orders, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReview and process requests for mis-shipment and/or damaged productsCollaborate and communicate with company buyers regarding key supplier forecasts and orders. Assist customers with special orders, execute pricing quotesMain contact for customer inquiries and problem resolutionHigh level knowledge of Microsoft programs, with a specific focus in Microsoft Excel -must be able to create spreadsheets, perform lookups, create Macros, create pivot tables, etc. Basic everyday computer skills – creating files and folders, filing electric communications, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED or Equivalent6 - 12 months customer service in a Distribution center, Warehouse, Food Service and / or related area.Compensation19.000
