Assembler – 1st Shift *Location:* Montclair, CA *Pay:* $19.00 per hour *Schedule:* 1st Shift *Job Type:* Full-Time We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented *Assembler* to join our manufacturing team in Montclair, CA. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with *hand tools and power tools*, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in building quality products. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical, manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position on a first-shift schedule. What You’ll Do * Assemble products and components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications. * Use a variety of *hand tools and power tools* to assemble and install components. * Read and follow basic assembly instructions and diagrams. * Measure, align, fasten, and inspect components to ensure proper fit and quality. * Perform basic adjustments and troubleshoot assembly issues when needed. * Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or incorrect assembly. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Follow all company safety procedures and proper tool-use practices. * Meet daily production and quality expectations. * Work closely with team members and supervisors to keep production moving efficiently. * Report any quality, equipment, material, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor. * Perform other related duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For * Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required. * Comfortable using *hand tools and power tools*. * Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. * Ability to safely lift and move materials as required for the position. * Must be willing to learn new tools, equipment, and assembly processes.
