Logistics Coordinator
*Position Summary*
The Logistics Coordinator serves as a liaison between the Maintenance Department and third‑party vendors, ensuring timely, accurate, and well‑coordinated repairs, services, and property needs across the vacation rental portfolio. This role requires strong communication, organization, and adaptability in a fast‑paced operational environment.
*Duties and Responsibilities*

* Organize, schedule, and assign daily and future work orders, inspections, monthly services, and annual services.
* Assign daily tasks to Maintenance Technicians and adjust assignments as needed throughout the day.
* Communicate heavily with the Maintenance Department, Owner Services Department, Vendors, and Reservations to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
* Order parts and materials needed for repairs; research and source specialty parts when required.
* Identify appropriate vendors and obtain multiple estimates for repairs or projects.
* Follow all company policies and procedures consistently.
* Inventory, track, and order warehouse supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
* Perform various duties as requested or assigned to support daily operations.

* Outdoors: 5% (may be exposed to weather conditions)

* *Industry Knowledge:* Familiarity with the vacation rental industry and its operational demands.
* *Basic Computer Skills:* Competence with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and basic graphics tools.
* *Effective Communication:* Ability to communicate clearly, timely, and appropriately in person and through various applications.
* *Time Management:* Ability to work within restrictive timelines and execute tasks accurately to avoid rework.

*Requirements*
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the vacation rental or hotel industry
* Ability to work holidays and weekends

May include, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, and other injuries associated with performing physical labor.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
