By prioritizing American manufacturing and domestic energy production, the company invests in U.S. jobs, strengthens local economies, and advances the country's energy independence.The PositionArevon is recruiting an Associate, Real Estate with a background in utility scale renewable energy.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in land acquisition and greenfield efforts by populating legal instruments, reviewing deeds, corporate documents, and legal descriptions before site control execution.Coordinate between development teams and outside stakeholders for surface and sub-surface title orders and intake.Manage physical and digital systems for real estate document retention and work directly with company's Document Control Manager to ensure compliance with company policies.Support in company migration to a land management system.Abstract real estate instruments for internal land management systems.Manage the execution and recording of real estate instruments and the related processes.Perform detailed review title reports and underlying real estate documents and prepare real estate risk assessments.Develop and implement process improvements in line with company objectives.Support in project curative efforts.Required QualificationsAt least three years of relevant experience with a law firm, title company, or developer.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence across the company.Ability to work as an integrated part of a team in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.Attention to detail and the desire for continuous process improvement.A bachelor's degree (BA/BS), or comparable education, training, and experience is required.
