Pathologist

PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgical Pathologist to join our hospital-based team at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic and varied case mix, collaborative medical staff, and the support of PathGroup's extensive subspecialty network. The ideal candidate will demonstrate diagnostic strength in general surgical pathology - including GI, breast, GYN, and GU, and a commitment to excellence in patient care and pathology services. Key Responsibilities: Sign-out of general surgical pathology and cytology cases Frozen section interpretation and intraoperative consultation Participation in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and clinical case discussions Collaborative engagement with hospital clinicians and lab professionals Requirements: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution AP/CP Board Certification or Eligibility Kentucky medical license or eligibility required Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with commitment to service and quality
