Senior FP&A AnalystOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support and enhance our financial planning and analysis function. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining consistency across planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles while providing leadership with timely, actionable financial insights. This Senior FP&A Analyst will partner closely with leadership to drive informed business decisions.Pay:Based on Experience ($90k-$120k)Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & ModelingThe Senior FP&A Analyst will maintain and enhance the company's financial and operating modelsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processesLead or assist in monthly close and reporting cycles to ensure accurate and predictable financial outcomes Reporting & KPI ManagementThe Senior FP&A Analyst will prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentationsTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metricsProvide visibility into business performance and emerging trends Analysis & Decision SupportThe Senior FP&A Analyst will analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify risks and opportunitiesDeliver ad hoc analysis and support special projects with actionable recommendations Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with business leaders to gather and validate financial and operational dataEnsure consistency and accuracy of data across departmentsCollaborate with IT/IS teams to improve data systems and integrity Systems & ToolsThe Senior FP&A Analyst will utilize Salesforce, NetSuite, and other internal systems for data extraction, modeling, and reportingImprove efficiency and effectiveness of reporting tools and processes Qualifications5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within SaaS or recurring revenue environmentsAdvanced financial modeling and Excel skillsExperience with Salesforce and NetSuite (reporting and data extraction)Ability to operate independently and drive resultsStrong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership What We're Looking ForA proactive, solutions-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst who can add value quicklyStrong analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
