Part-Time Office Assistant – Life Insurance & Estate Planning OfficeWe are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Part-Time Office Assistant to help support the daily operations of our growing life insurance and estate planning business. This position includes a mix of administrative support, client communication, seminar coordination, and personal assistant duties.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, comfortable working with clients, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service.Position ResponsibilitiesLife Insurance Administrative SupportReview and submit life insurance applicationsCreate and maintain client profiles in CRM systemsUpload and organize client documents in digital client foldersAdd and update clients on pending business reports/sheetsAssist with fixing underwriting requirementsHelp clients surrender old policies when neededAssist clients with policy servicing needs including:Address changesBeneficiary changesPayment updatesOther policy-related requestsSend documents to clients through DocuSignFollow up on chargebacks and policy status updatesUpdate commission reports and pending sheetsCross-check issue paid reports from carriersReschedule missed appointments and no-showsFollow up with approved clientsSort and organize incoming mailUpdate weekly planner and office statisticsEstate Planning & Seminar SupportCall and remind clients about upcoming seminars/eventsSchedule follow-up appointments after seminarsContact registered attendees who did not attendGreet and assist clients visiting the officeHelp direct clients to Katrina’s officeAssist with seminar room setup and preparationPersonal Assistant DutiesAssist with errands and miscellaneous tasksPick up/drop off children as neededPick up medications or other personal itemsAdditional support tasks as neededQualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsProfessional and friendly demeanorComfortable speaking with clients over the phoneAbility to multitask and work independentlyBasic computer and office software knowledgeExperience with CRM systems is a plusReliable transportation requiredPrior administrative or office experience preferredSchedulePart-time positionFlexible hours may be available depending on business needsCompensationCompensation based on experienceIf you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people in a professional office environment, we would love to hear from you!Please send your resume and a brief introduction/message explaining your experience and availability.
