Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($305,000+)- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold- Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually- Commencement bonus of $40,000- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time- Student loan assistance- Hospital employed- Full benefits including a 401k match- Paid malpracticeProfessional Details:- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home- Four 10-hour days per week- 1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)- Average 15-20 patients per day- Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day- Behavioral health and lab on site- Fulltime, permanent- Epic EMRWelcoming town surrounded by the stunning Blue Mountains and the scenic Grande Ronde Valley.
