Drivers must exhibit a high degree of competence and responsibility for the safety of passengers being transported.A high school diploma or GED is desired. A valid New York State Class B or C driver's license with/without Passenger Endorsement, or Class D and a driving record acceptable to The Arc of Ulster-Greene and basic computer knowledge are a must. An informative, paid new hire orientation is provided in a comfortable learning environment.And we offer paid CDL training! New hires will be expected to successfully obtain CDL license with Passenger Endorsement within 90 days of first day of employment.HOURS: 40/Monday through Friday/variable split shifts, according to route scheduleSTARTING SALARY:$ 20.87 to $ 22.96 per hour for Driver without CDL/Passenger endorsement$ 22.87 to $ 25.16 per hour for Driver with CDL/Passenger endorsementMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED is preferredValid New York State Class B or C driver's license with/without Passenger Endorsement, or Class D and a driving record acceptable to The Arc Mid-HudsonComputer skills
