Senior Vice President Casino Operations

Job Description Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the casino's long-term business strategy to maximize profitability, market competitiveness, and operational efficiency.Establish performance benchmarks, KPIs, and reporting systems that drive accountability and continuous improvement.Collaborate with resort leadership to integrate casino operations into the broader guest experience and brand strategy.Leverage data analytics and technology to optimize performance and enhance decision-making.Manage relations with partners and vendors supporting casino operations.Collaborate with leadership to establish new relations that benefit the organization beyond the casino. Casino OperationsProvide executive oversight of all table games, slot operations, and sportsbook functions.Ensure optimal gaming product mix, table configuration, and slot placement based on performance metrics and market trends.Drive operational excellence through process improvement, workforce planning, and technology adoption.Maintain exceptional game integrity, security, and adherence to internal controls.Oversee maintenance of gaming equipment and ensure compliance with technical standards. Regulatory ComplianceServe as the key liaison with the Bahamas Gaming Board and ensure full adherence to all gaming regulations.Uphold strict compliance with AML policies, internal control procedures, and audit standards.Maintain all necessary operational licenses and ensure all reporting and submissions are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 15 years of progressive casino leadership experience in large-scale casino or integrated resort operations.Proven success managing multi-faceted gaming operations (table games, slots, sportsbook).Deep understanding of gaming analytics, financial management, and operational controls.Experience leading in regulated environments, with a strong record of compliance.International and/or multi-jurisdictional casino operations experience.Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
