The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial stewardship, team performance, and member experience across multiple locations. This role demands a high-energy individual with a proven track record in multi-unit operations, particularly in the fitness, hospitality, or retail sectors. The SVP will be the driving force behind the operational strategy, P&L performance, and leadership development, ensuring that the elite member experience is consistent and that the bottom line is robust.As the SVP of Operations, you will be the architect of the annual operational roadmap, focused on driving membership growth, retention, and ancillary revenue. You must be a master of systems, capable of standardizing operational processes to meet gold-standard benchmarks. Financial acumen is essential, as you will own the operational P&L, manage budgeting, and oversee capital expenditure planning. The ideal candidate is a strategist, coach, analyst, and culture carrier, with a deep understanding of the fitness industry and a passion for transformation. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a strong familiarity with club management software and financial reporting are required.
