Sr. Manager of Financial Due Diligence M&A - Healthcare

As a Sr. Manager of Financial Due Diligence - M&A you will: Build internal relationships with and support merger transaction services Assist clients with building out functions as part of the client's functional organization during an operational restructuring effort (e.g., finance, corporate development/M&A, where necessary). Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for clients and target companies across the healthcare industries as a company looking to acquire another company or an investment bank/company looking to sell their company. Prepare various analyses, review financial records, and conduct interviews with client and target management to analyze quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and other financial results. Assist in identifying issues and providing strategies to aid clients with strategic decisions, purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination. Qualifications Candidates must have 6 years of experience in Due Diligence or Transaction Services consulting in a CPA firm or related environment. CPA certificate . Candidates with Big 4 experience preferred Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Mathematical discipline.
