Assembly Technician – Clifton Springs, NYPay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Clifton Springs, NY. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and building quality products in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.Position, fit, and adjust interrelated parts with precision.Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.Complete coil winding, soldering, first-stage subassemblies, and final detailing as needed.Assemble products containing mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and multiple part numbers.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.QualificationsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Experience with hand tools, soldering, or mechanical assembly is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $17.00–$22.00/hourFull-time opportunityWeekly payOpportunity for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentApply today and start building your future with a company that values quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship!
