As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled CFO to join our executive team.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the financial operations of Brake Time Corner Market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the convenience store and gas station industry, with hands-on experience using PDI systems for inventory management, ERP, and financial reporting. This role will be critical in ensuring financial health, strategic planning, and providing insight into business performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the financial operations for BTCM, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Oversee the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with business goals.Manage cash flow, financial risks, and investments to support business growth.Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency.Utilize PDI systems for accurate financial reporting, inventory management, and analysis.Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and financial reporting standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).At least 8-10 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in the convenience store and gas station industry, with a strong understanding of its financial dynamics.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PDI systems and financial reporting tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and teams.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Why Join Us?
