We’re seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are excited to grow their skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of adult and geriatric behavioral health patients. In this supportive, team-oriented program, you’ll build a strong clinical foundation as you learn to complete patient assessments, contribute to individualized care plans, and promote safety and therapeutic healing on the unit. We are currently building a structured 2-month training program designed to help new graduate RNs and LPNs feel confident practicing independently. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices.
