Project Manager – Data Center ConstructionMetric DCX is currently partnered with a nationally recognized top general contractor that has built a strong reputation delivering complex mission critical, commercial, and industrial projects across the U.S. The company continues to expand its hyperscale data center division and has a strong long-term project pipeline.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead large-scale data center projects in Dallas from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in overall project delivery, client management, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and team collaboration.Key Responsibilities:• Support and manage hyperscale data center construction projects through all phases of delivery• Assist in managing project financials, schedules, contracts, and change orders• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders• Coordinate subcontractor activities and support field execution• Work closely with Superintendents, Project Executives, and internal teams to drive project success• Help ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycleQualifications:• 5+ years of construction management experience• Data center or mission critical construction experience preferred• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects• Understanding of MEP-intensive construction environments• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skillsWhat’s Offered:• Opportunity to work on high-profile hyperscale data center projects• Strong project pipeline and long-term growth potential• Competitive compensation, bonus structure, and full benefits package• Collaborative culture with strong leadership supportIf you’d be interested in learning more, feel free to reach out directly or send over your resume for a confidential conversation.
