Hybrid Business Analyst - Data & Process Optimization

Our client, a nonprofit healthcare organization, is looking for a business analyst to join their growing team. They are offering an extremely competitive compensation package, an amazing new office building, and a family-focused working environment in Uptown Dallas! This group currently works a hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Must be a U.S. citizen or an existing Green Card holder currently living within a commutable distance to Uptown Dallas to be eligible for this position. No third-party candidates will be considered for this role. Role Summary The Business Analyst will act as a crucial intermediary between technical teams and business stakeholders, guaranteeing the clear definition, documentation, and effective implementation of requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced SQL proficiency, and experience in reporting, process modeling, testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Knowledge of process modeling. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools. Preferred Qualifications Current experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Exposure to ERP or CRM systems. Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA. Experience in Data Visualization: Building interactive dashboards and storytelling with data.
