Block scheduling is not promised or guaranteed.Job DescriptionJoin our dedicated nursing team in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). Care for adult patients with a variety of diagnoses including Neurological, Cardiac, Trauma, and Respiratory conditions. The unit contains 64 beds, with 15 designated for Neurological care.Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMCU. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform assessments. Utilize specialty equipment such as Temp pacers, Chest tubes, A lines, and Bipap. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Float as needed to support other areas within the facility.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMCU/PCU. Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Active RN license in New York, along with verification of all nursing licenses. Previous travel experience is preferred.
