Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in Uncasville, CT. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, lead team members, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, creating schedules, assisting customers, managing inventory, and implementing visual merchandising strategies. The Sales Supervisor will also train and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goalsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer serviceExperience in retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandisingProblem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges effectivelyProficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applicationsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededPrior experience in a retail supervisory or management capacity preferredA passion for fashion, customer satisfaction, and creating a welcoming shopping experience
