Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of various age groups. The role involves creating personalized therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Speech and Communication DisordersExpertise in Speech Therapy for individuals with DysphagiaAbility to manage and provide therapy for Language DisordersStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with caregiversMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fieldLicensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in TexasFamiliarity with therapy software and progress-tracking toolsASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
