Company Description Turbine Engine Specialists, Inc. (TES) is a leading provider of Business Aviation field services in the United States. Located at Meacham Field in Fort Worth, Texas, TES is authorized by Honeywell and CFE Company to service engine types such as TFE731, HTF7000, CFE738, ATF3, and ALF502L. With extensive expertise, the company operates as a Service Center for the Honeywell 36-100 and 36-150 series APU and the RE100 and RE220 series APU. TES is also experienced in performing maintenance on the PW300 engine series, ensuring excellence in aviation services. Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Manager based in Fort Worth, TX. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture, resolving employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves processing payroll, developing training programs, and implementing organizational development strategies. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, policy development, and compliance with federal and state labor regulationsStrong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingProficiency in payroll processing and HR-related software toolsExcellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in developing and implementing training programs and organizational development initiativesStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus)Prior experience in the aviation industry is an advantage but not required
