The Upstream Transformation & Business Excellence program drives strategic growth and operational excellence in the Upstream sector. Our program consists of four key functions: strategy development, transformation program management, value assurance, and change management. This department is designed to help Upstream achieve its business objectives and unlock value enabling organizational resilience and sustainable growth. Your primary role will be developing tailored Upstream strategy that aligns with the corporate strategic intent, and enabling the organization to achieve its business objectives and maximize value.Key Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Provides strategic guidance and direction to senior leadership on Upstream business development and growth opportunities.Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the organization's Upstream portfolio and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.Assesses the competitiveness and viability of existing and potential Upstream assets to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Performs analysis of market data and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in Upstream operations.Leads the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for Upstream business units, aligning with corporate objectives and priorities.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate Upstream strategy with other business functions, such as operations and finance.Evaluates and recommends strategic investments and partnerships to drive business growth and expansion in the Upstream sector.Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and industry experts, to stay informed about market developments and best practices.Provides thought leadership and expertise on Upstream strategy and industry trends to support business decision-making and drive strategic growth.Explore new revenue streams to drive business growth and improvement.Develop and maintain a robust governance framework to ensure strategic initiatives are properly managed and executedFacilitate and lead strategic planning sessions and workshops to align stakeholders and drive business outcomesMinimum Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a:Bachelor degree in an engineering field from an accredited university.
