Host/Hostess

We are looking for a host/hostess part time )with potential for full) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing them with menus, taking call in orders and DoorDash ordets, and seating guests with regards to sections and skill of server. They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and answer any questions customers may have. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to guests. Answer phones and take call-in orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Be knowledgeable about menu items and specials. Process payments with cash payments, credit card, or gift card.
