Senior Manager, Hospital Billing

Senior Manager, Hospital Billing is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic Hospital Billing (HB)/ Resolute application. This role involves leading collaboration with clinical, operational, and financial teams to ensure effective billing processes and workflows within TBHC healthcare organization. This role is a full time role that will require flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be subject to change to support the application during upgrades and on call.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field.Experience working on medium to large size projects of five hundred (500) to one thousand plus (1,000+) hours.Experience working in a Healthcare environmentEPIC Hospital Billing Resolute ApplicationCertificates in other EPIC Inpatient Clinical modules - PREFERREDKnowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staffKnowledge of applications security and control procedures in accordance with departmental, vendor standards and regulatory bodies.Proficient in using Epic HB tools and familiarity with reporting tools such as crystal reports and data analysis softwareAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and mange timelines effectively.Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as a team member across multiple teamsAbility to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issuesMust be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast --paced environment with changing priorities.Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer serviceProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.)Demonstrates ability to develop complex specifications for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis, hardware/software configurations and application integration
