Sales Management Specialist (Korean bilingual required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global Bioplastics company and is seeking a Sales\nManagement Specialist as below:\n\nMain Responsibilities: \n\nThe main tasks of sales management are product sales and sales management at the\npoint of contact between customers and the market. Specific tasks include\nestablishing a sales plan, managing sales activities and performance, managing\ncustomers, and developing new markets. Sales managers listen to complaints and\nopinions from customers and business partners and collect information about\ncompetitors and market conditions to promote sales and minimize defection. In\naddition, this job is responsible for establishing product promotion and\nmarketing strategies to promote products internally and externally and promote\nsales, and plays an important role in increasing product awareness and\npreference. Sales managers establish sales goals according to the company's\nbusiness plan, work closely with related departments to carry out sales\nactivities, and analyze and predict sales performance in various ways to improve\nperformance.\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Degree: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field\n * Knowledge: Knowledge of products/technology of our company and the same\n industry\n * Skill: Sales strategy establishment ability, receivables and sales\n management, new market and customer search and analysis, foreign language\n (Korean) ability, Customer management and communication capabilities, etc.
