General Construction Worker

Snapshot / Role OverviewWe're seeking a General Construction Worker in the San Francisco Bay Area to support commercial refrigeration installation projects in retail environments.Impact- Enable successful project completion through reliable labor and teamwork- Support installation crews with materials handling and site preparation- Maintain safe work environment on active construction sites- Learn commercial refrigeration trade skills with growth potentialResponsibilities- Assist with installation of commercial refrigeration systems and equipment- Follow construction plans and instructions from project supervisors- Prepare job sites including layout, material staging, and cleanup- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks- Operate hand tools and light power equipment as directed- Maintain clean and organized work areas- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipmentRequirementsMust-Haves- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform physical labor- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic- Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team- Valid driver's license preferred- Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends as neededNice-to-Haves- Previous construction or trades experience- Basic hand tool knowledge- OSHA 10 certification- Forklift or aerial lift certificationsCompensation & LogisticsCompetitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, 401k, PTO, holidays, tool allowance, and opportunities for advancement into skilled trades positions.Call to ActionIf you're ready to advance your career in mechanical construction, apply today or connect with us to learn more.
