Process Improvement Engineer

Overview In this role you drive process and technology improvements within your technology area, leading teams to evaluate opportunities and define scope with the Center of Excellence. You’ll partner with operations and EH&S to deliver safe, robust manufacturing improvements that advance mobility and wellbeing. You will manage multiple improvement projects, champion safety, and ensure operability and effective communication across functions. This is a hands-on role with exposure to FEL design and new plant product trials, aimed at delivering measurable value.
