At Droisys, we invest in our talent and support careerJob Title Integration Business Functional AnalystLocation Eagan, MN (Onsite)Duration 12 Months Pay Rate $80/hr on c2c Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an Integration Business Analyst who loves bringing clarity to complex systems and improving the way data moves across the enterprise You’ll help define scope map business processes gather and translate requirements and manage work in Azure DevOps. A strong emphasis on integration is key ideally with Dell Boomi though experience with any middleware or iPaaS platform works Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or CE is a nice bonusBusiness Analysis Requirements• Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and futurestate processes• Ability to partner with internal dev groups to make complex integrations become reality• Ability to test scope integration frameworks for viability production golive effectiveness• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into clear actionable stories and acceptance criteria• Convert complex integration needs into well defined functional and technical requirementsIntegration Focus• Support integration analysis across ERP CRM manufacturing e commerce logistics and other enterprise systems• Collaborate with integration developers and architects to validate solution design data flows and mapping• Understand and troubleshoot data challenges across APIs middleware and downstream systems• Work within Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms to support testing validation and refinementProcess Mapping Documentation• Create high quality process maps data flow diagrams and integration documentation• Maintain a living knowledge base of system touchpoints dependencies and integration patternsProject ADO Management• Track work in Azure DevOps ensuring stories tasks and bugs are updated and clearly documented• Help define scope and maintain alignment between business partners and technical teams• Support sprint planning backlog refinement and testing coordinationTesting Validation• Develop test plans and scripts for integrations and process changes• Coordinate UAT troubleshoot issues and ensure solutions meet business expectationsWhat You Bring• Experience as a Business Analyst or Integration Analyst supporting enterprise systems• Strong understanding of integration concepts APIs middleware ETL orchestration data mapping error handling• Experience with Dell Boomi or any middlewareiPaaS Mulesoft Azure Integration Services Jitterbit SnapLogic etc• Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements sprint tracking and documentation• Ability to create clear process maps Visio Lucidchart Miro• Excellent communication and the ability to translate between business and technical audiences• Bonus Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or CEDroisys is an equal opportunity employer.
