Job SummarySeeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Jira Administration, integrations, workflow automation, and platform architecture. The consultant will architect, configure, customize, and support enterprise ServiceNow and Jira environments while ensuring ITIL-aligned processes and governance.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and customize the ServiceNow platform across multiple business units.Design and manage tables, fields, relationships, forms, and workflows.Develop business rules, UI policies, client/server-side scripting, and automation.Manage roles, groups, security controls, and permissions.Enhance Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.Design and maintain Service Catalog and request fulfillment workflows.Implement and maintain CMDB, CI relationships, and governance.Build integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.Perform platform upgrades, patches, and migrations.Design Knowledge Management solutions.Administer and develop Jira projects, workflows, issue types, dashboards, and ServiceNow integrations.Provide troubleshooting, user support, training, and documentation.Required Skills & Experience5+ years supporting enterprise IT applications and infrastructure.5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect/Administrator.5+ years implementing:Incident ManagementProblem ManagementChange ManagementService Catalog5+ years administering Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, permissions, and ServiceNow integrations.2+ years configuring and customizing ServiceNow tables, forms, fields, and workflows.2+ years managing users, roles, groups, and access controls.Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.Experience creating reports and dashboards.Strong ITSM and CMDB knowledge.Preferred Qualifications8+ years architecting ServiceNow platforms.5+ years ServiceNow development and custom application development.5+ years ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.Experience with platform upgrades and migrations.Strong GlideScript (JavaScript) and AngularJS skills.ServiceNow CSA Certification.ServiceNow CIS Certifications (ITSM, Service Catalog, etc.).ITIL Certification.
