Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing book of shipper business Prospect and develop new shipper accounts Sell specialized transportation solutions Negotiate pricing and service agreements Work closely with operations/dispatch to ensure smooth load execution Track pipeline, activity, and revenue growth Requirements 35+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience Must bring an active, transferable book of business Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills Self-starter comfortable working fully remote Experience with CRM and standard sales tools Qualifications * Critical Experience Requirement The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience specifically in specialized freight , including: Open Deck Step Deck Double Drop Over Dimensional (OD) Must bring an established, portable book of business (active shipper accounts you can transfer and service).
