Construction Project Administrator

Atlas Excavating is hiring a Construction Project Administrator to support active projects from startup through closeout. This is a strong fit for someone who has worked in construction administration, project coordination, billing support, job cost support, AP, or a similar project-based office role and likes keeping fast-moving work organized, accurate, and on track.This is not traditional corporate accounting. It is a hands-on role that works closely with Project Managers and operations staff to help keep project documentation, purchasing, invoicing, billing support, and closeout moving efficiently.What You’ll DoResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will help keep projects moving by supporting the administrative and financial workflow behind the field work. Responsibilities include:Set up and maintain project records from award through closeoutSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project documentation and administrative needsCreate and track purchase orders, invoices, and other cost-related paperworkProcess and organize project-related billing support and backup documentationHelp maintain accurate job records, cost tracking, and contract documentationSupport change order, pay application, and closeout paperwork as neededWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleThe people who do well in this position are organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
