Service Technician – Compressed Air Systems
Location: Remote Southeast U.S. (TN, KY, VA, AL, GA, NC, SC, WV)Service Technician / Field Service Engineer / Compressor Technician required to join a long-established provider of compressed air and flow solutions.This business supports a full range of centrifugal and oil-free compressor technologies, including multi-stage centrifugal compressors, integrally geared compressors, high-speed turbo compressors, and rotary screw units, along with desiccant dryer systems and associated air-treatment components. With continued growth across the Southeast region, they are expanding their field service capability to support a growing customer base.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compressor technician to join a stable, well-supported team, carrying out diagnostics, repairs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on high-speed centrifugal compressor equipment and desiccant dryers.Service Technician / Field Service Engineer / Compressor Technician

Responsibilities:Diagnose, service, and repair centrifugal and oil-free compressor systems.Work on multi-stage centrifugal, integrally geared, and turbo compressor units.Service and maintain desiccant dryer systems and related air-treatment equipment.Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on rotating equipment.Support rebuilds, overhauls, and performance checks on compressor systems.Provide clear communication to customers on system condition and repair requirements.Maintain accurate service documentation and parts usage reports.Operate independently in the field, managing daily schedules and customer visits.Respond to urgent and emergency repair needs when required.Service Technician / Field Service Engineer / Compressor Technician
Requirements:Strong hands-on experience withcentrifugal compressors .Experience with multi-stage, integrally-geared, and turbo compressor systems.Background servicing rotary screw compressors is beneficial.Experience working with desiccant dryer systems preferred.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.Professional, reliable, and self-directed in the field.Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the Southeast region.#J-18808-Ljbffr
