Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair styling and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooming services to clients while creating a welcoming and comfortable salon environment. Duties: - Perform haircuts, beard trims, and shaves with precision and creativity - Provide eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services as needed - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming preferences - Mentor junior barbers and provide guidance on techniques and trends - Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management - Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in accordance with health regulations - Demonstrate retail math skills for product sales and inventory management Skills: - Proficient in hair styling techniques for diverse hair types and styles - Ability to provide eyelash extensions and makeup application services - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members - Knowledge of retail math for sales transactions and inventory control - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction - Experience mentoring or training junior barbers in grooming techniques - Familiarity with salon software for appointment booking and client records - Ability to sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a hygienic environment Join our team as a Barber to showcase your talent, enhance your skills, and deliver top-notch grooming services in a dynamic salon setting.
