Credit Fund Operations Manager

Responsibilities • Lead operational oversight of structured credit, repos, secondary loans, and other complex credit and fixed income instruments• Design and scale cash and position reconciliation procedures, including oversight of daily reconciliations, break resolution, and controls around books and records (shadow NAV)• Act as primary liaison with fund administrators and prime brokers, ensuring accuracy in reporting, cash flows, and PnL across portfolios• Own and oversee fund-level and portfolio-level P&L reporting; signing off on nightly performance• Partner with accounting team on entity setup and operational infrastructure • Lead and mentor junior operations team members and overseas support teams• Drive onboarding and operational readiness for new counterparties, financing agreements, and leverage facilities• Evaluate and implement new systems, processes, and tools to support fund growth and complexit Requirements• 7-10 years of experience in fund operations, middle office, or fund administration within hedge funds, credit managers, or private funds• Demonstrated experience building or improving cash and position reconciliation processes• Deep understanding of fixed income products such as public and private debt, corporate bonds, CDS, structured credit, financing facilities• Direct experience managing P&L processes and working with fund administrators on NAV and allocations• Proven project management experience• Highly organized with a systems-oriented mindset and passion for process improvement• High technical comfort level with systems and technology. Advanced Excel skills required; VBA preferred
