HostpersonThe Hostperson is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.Guest Service Excellence: Maintain a consistently friendly, attentive, and courteous demeanor while greeting, seating, and assisting guests to ensure overall satisfaction.Operational Support: Assist servers and cashiers, handle payments and tips when needed, manage reservations, answer phones properly, and support room service order standards.Administrative & Cash Handling Duties: Prepare cashier reports, assist with money and credit card collection, and follow opening and closing sidework checklists.Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, service standards, and state liquor laws while ensuring menu quality and appearance.Physical requirements: Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during entire shift.
