Warehouse AssociateSan Antonio 78219$17-$19 an hour+overtime+benefits1st Shift Mon-Fri 8am-430pmReach Truck experience++Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments to verify accuracy, condition, and documentationPick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders according to customer and company requirementsOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers (as certified)Accurately record inventory movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scannersPerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to maintain accurate stock levelsConsolidate, palletize, shrink-wrap, and prepare freight for domestic and international shipmentFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer-specific handling instructionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsIdentify and report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors promptlySupport cross-docking, staging, and loading of trucks to meet shipping schedules and service-level agreements (SLAs)Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goalsAdhere to security, quality, and compliance requirements, including C-TPAT and customer auditsPerform general warehouse tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency
