Senior HR Manager - Talent Development & Organizational EffectivenessLocation: Woodruff, SC (Onsite)Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 + Annual BonusAre you passionate about developing leaders, strengthening organizational performance, and helping employees reach their full potential? We're partnering with a growing organization in Greer, SC to identify a Senior HR Manager who will play a key role in shaping talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across the company. This is a highly visible position that will work directly with executives, leaders, and high-potential employees to build the talent capabilities needed to support continued growth and long-term success.In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop leadership pipelines, and implement strategies that improve organizational effectiveness. You'll help leaders establish clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and create development plans that support both employee growth and business objectives.You'll lead initiatives related to performance management, succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, employee engagement, and workforce planning. You'll also play a key role in identifying high-potential talent, building career development pathways, and helping leaders navigate organizational change.The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with leaders and employees, influencing organizational decisions, and creating programs that produce measurable improvements in performance, retention, and leadership capability.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant focus on talent management, leadership development, organizational development, or performance managementExperience partnering directly with executive leaders and people managersStrong background in leadership development, succession planning, and talent review processesExperience building and implementing performance management programs and employee development initiativesAbility to coach leaders through performance, engagement, and organizational challengesStrong organizational development and change management experienceExperience utilizing workforce data and talent metrics to drive business decisionsExcellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to influence leaders and gain buy-in across multiple levels of the organizationManufacturing, industrial, or operational environment experience strongly preferredSHRM, HRCI, Organizational Development, or Talent Management certifications are a plusIf you're passionate about developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and helping employees perform at their highest potential, we'd love to speak with you.
