Junior CollegesPharmaceutical and Medicine ManufacturingMedical and Diagnostic LaboratoriesScientific Research and Development ServicesMetal Ore MiningThe Associate Scientist will execute in-process analytical testing, assay development, and GMP testing when needed for gene therapy products, collaborating with a multidisciplinary Process Development Team, GMP testing team, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing team.Responsibilities: Support bioanalytical and biophysical characterization activities for biologics and related therapeutic programsPerform HPLC-based analytical assays, including AEX-HPLC and SEC-MALS methodologiesExecute characterization studies using techniques such as DLS and mass photometryConduct immunoassays and other analytical assays to support research and development activitiesAnalyze, interpret, and summarize experimental dataSupport analytical method development, troubleshooting, and assay optimization activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with research, analytical development, and scientific teamsMaintain accurate laboratory documentation and recordsAssist with sample preparation, assay execution, and reporting of resultsContribute to a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving laboratory environment
