Bilingual Store Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that the store meets its sales goals while maintaining a positive shopping environment. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product displays. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Handle shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain store operations efficiently. Negotiate with vendors for inventory procurement and pricing strategies. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in store performance. Requirements Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment. This role requires occasional communication in English/Spanish. Fluent proficiency level perferred. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Proficient in inventory management practices and sales management techniques. Solid math skills for handling transactions and financial reporting. Ability to develop training programs that enhance employee performance. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in negotiating with suppliers or vendors is preferred.
